Проблема

Нет UI для политик автомодерации.

Ожидаемый результат

Страница настроек: keyword_action, match_mode, report_threshold; PUT /v1/admin/automod/settings; роли admin/superadmin; i18n; E2E mock.

Закрываю. Реализовано в 63323c1 (/automod-settings, /inbox/automod). UI mock e2e: 25 зелёных. Спека: EventHubSpec e365e35.
